- You supply your logo. We suggest any missing texts and you approve them. Image rights are covered by our licence.
- You supply legal texts such as the legal notice and privacy policy yourself or through a provider of your choice. We set up the pages technically, but we do not give legal advice.
- Hosting and domain are not included. You keep your provider, or we recommend a suitable one during onboarding. The hosting provider bills you directly.
- Additional work only by agreement, €129 per hour.
- Cancellation: possible within 14 days of ordering, as long as the onboarding call has not yet taken place. After that, cancellation is excluded.

WordPress needs upkeep. Security vulnerabilities in plugins are disclosed all the time and exploited automatically. We take care of updates, backups and small changes.

Can I order as a private individual?
No. We work exclusively for businesses, self-employed people, freelance professionals and public-sector clients. That is why we ask for your company name and VAT identification number when you order.
How does VAT work?
We are based in Switzerland. Our prices are net prices. For businesses in the EU with a valid VAT identification number, the tax liability passes to you (reverse charge), and you declare the VAT yourself in your country. Your tax adviser will know the procedure.
Why prices in euros if you are based in Switzerland?
So that you can do your sums without an exchange rate. We derive the euro prices from our prices in Swiss francs and review them monthly. If the exchange rate moves by more than 5 %, we adjust the price list. The price in your quote always applies to you, and running subscriptions are not changed by this.
What do I need to supply?
Your logo, your colours and fonts if you have them, and the access details for your domain and hosting. We suggest any missing texts and provide images under our licence. The legal texts come from you.
How long am I tied in?
The website is a one-off order. Subscriptions for maintenance and SEO have no minimum term and end, if you wish, at the end of the current billing period.
Who owns the website?
You do. Once payment has been made in full, you receive the rights of use for the design and content, and all access details. You can move to another service provider at any time.
How do I pay?
By invoice and bank transfer in euros. The invoice for the website is due before the onboarding call. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance.
